1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

2. Custom and Sale Items

  • Unfortunately, customized orders and items purchased on sale are not eligible for return. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.
